I had the honor of being asked to capture Deb and Brendan’s Upstate NY Wedding day. As I write this, I am finding it hard to put into words just how much fun this wedding day was! From the moment I walked in the door where Deb and the girls were getting ready you could feel the excitement all around!

But before I jump into their wedding day, I wanted to share a little about Deb and Brendan and their family of five! Deb has two children Max and Megan, and Brendan has a son named Jack. All three of which were in the bridal party, and Meg and Jack both gave INCREDIBLE speeches!

Deb and Brendan met through mutual friends, and have a good first date. One that had everyone laughing during the ceremony. As Luke their officiant shared, Brendan ended their first date like a true gentlemen. He ended their date with a handshake! This had everyone in laughing, but that handshake was the start of a love story that lead us to be gathered on July 17th, 2021.

Despite the rain that appeared during a few parts of the day nothing could dampen Deb & Brendan’s day in Cohoes, New York. With the help of Melissa Brown of SBM Event Co. she helped Deb and Brendan plan and transform their backyard into a beautiful setting for their intimate celebration at their home.

Last but certainly not least, we also got a break in the rain and were able to head down to the Cohoes Falls to take photos! This was a location that Deb had in mind during our planning meeting. It was a beautiful spot for photos before the celebration began. The picture of Brendan dipping Deb at the overlook is one of my favorites from the day! A close second is Brendan’s reaction to seeing Deb for the first time in her dress, check out some of the photos below!
